Customer's acceptance of terms and conditions

2. The date of birth of the marriage aspirant is  /  /   (age ___ completed) and he / she / I is legally eligible to marry. The information filled in the accompanying registration form is complete, true and correct. We are responsible for giving all true and real information like education / job / occupation, monthly income, height, character, glasses, sarcasm, blood group, religion, caste, sub-caste, marital status, family information as well as expectations from bride / groom and horoscope details. . If any false or incomplete information is found in it, we will be fully responsible for it. In such case 'Shubhvivah' reserves the right to cancel our customership / membership.

3. Welcome to 'Shubhvivah', your personal matchmaking platform. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Site and membership. This agreement can be modified from time to time by 'Shubhvivah'. Membership and access rights reserved. These Terms of Use are published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Mediator Guidelines and Digital Media Code of Conduct) Rules 2021.

4. Since we have paid the fee once paid to 'Shubhvivah' with full knowledge, the said registration fee will never be demanded or refunded under any pretext by me or anyone on my behalf. (Fees paid are non-refundable)

5. The Site is intended for the personal use of individual members and for advertising and promotion of their profiles for the purpose of finding matrimonial matches and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors.

6. This site is a serious matchmaking platform for finding a life partner for marriage and is not a casual dating site.

7. 'Shubhvivah' only serves to suggest the venue to the marriage aspirants. The information, phone number, address are exchanged only if the marriage aspirants agree to the venue and the venue is suitable. Without such consent, the said information cannot be obtained. Also, information about the venue in the advertisement given in the newspaper or other advertising media is given to the respective marriage aspirants with the consent of the venue, so we will not in any way advise / force to work against it.

8. You are required to register as a member on the Website/Community Sites/Mobile Applications (the “Site”) in order to use the 'Shubhvivah' Service. 'Subhaviha' is an intermediary as defined under sub-section (w) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Agreement is an electronic agreement that establishes legally binding terms for using and "becoming" the Site. Member." For the purposes of this Agreement, the term "Member" means a person who voluntarily submits information to the Site whether that person is using the Services as a free member or a paid member and User means a person who actively uses the Site to promote the Site. /Her For profile matchmaking purposes.

9. We have received complete information from 'Shubhvivah' about the facilities available for the duration of the plan registered by us. We have explained it.

10. It is our sole responsibility to verify, do due diligence, make all inquiries about the suggested and preferred venue. 'Shubhvivah' is not responsible for that.

11. After registration, we will visit at least once a month to get information and if there is any change in our information, we will update the information in writing / from time to time.

12. 'Shubhvivah' reserves the right at its sole discretion to restrict/suspend your access to its website based on a member's activity, status or any criteria that 'Shubhvivah' deems fit and proper.

13. If there is any change in the information registered by us or if the service due to registration is to be discontinued due to marriage elsewhere, it will be our responsibility to inform 'Shubhvivah'.

14. A 'good marriage' does not work by arranging a marriage. The services of 'Shubhvivah' are limited to suggesting the place and giving proper information about it.

15. 'Shubhvivah' will assist 'Shubhvivah' to arrange the meeting of the marriage aspirants and the convenience of the marriage aspirants if requested by the customer. The customer has to make the said visit at his own expense.
16. We are also bound by the "Secrecy Policy" principles followed in 'Shubhvivah'. We will not make any demand or act that violates it. If we guarantee that I will not do anything wrong with the information of any other members of 'Shubhvivah'. Also, we will not presume to ask for their information, even if the preferred site does not allow it.

17. If we request to increase the registered plan, 'Shubhvivah' will consider it positively but the plan cannot be reduced.
18. 'Shubhvivah' does not guarantee that the marriage will take place or in how many days after registration.

19. In case of any complaint regarding the service provided by 'Shubhvivah', we will personally come to 'Shubhvivah' and resolve the doubts. It is our understanding that the matter between 'Shubhvivah' and us regarding taking services from 'Shubhvivah' is of a civil nature, as we shall not suddenly take any action on 'Shubhvivah' without giving any full notice or meeting in person at 'Shubhvivah', if we ' We give a clear guarantee and assurance that no complaint or complaint against 'Shubhvivah' will be made illegally by any political person, police station or any other means.

20. In no event shall 'Shubhvivah' be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of the 'Shubhvivah' site or services and/or any content posted on the 'Shubhvivah' site or transmitted to 'Shubhvivah' members. You must not give your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information), or wire or otherwise pay to other members.

21. From 'Shubhvivah' or after mutual marriage, we will give the information to 'Shubhvivah' immediately and we will take your photos and information from 'Shubhvivah' within one month. After that, 'Shubhvivah' will not be responsible for it.

22. You confirm that the Content, including personal information provided by you, is correct and accurate. If you are creating a profile on behalf of your friends/siblings/children, you hereby agree that you have the necessary permission/consent from the person whose profile you have created on 'Shubhvivah'. Impersonation is a crime and punishable under various laws.

23. It is our legal and ethical responsibility to protect the user ID and password provided by 'Shubhvivah', properly use it and not allow it to be misused.
24. Use of the 'Shubhvivah' Site and / or the 'Shubhvivah' Service is governed by our Privacy Policy and follow guidelines to protect your privacy.

25. Proprietary Rights in Content on 'Shubhvivah'
'Shubhvivah' owns and reserves all proprietary rights in the 'Shubhvivah' Site and the 'Shubhvivah' Service. The Site contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information of 'Shubhvivah' and/or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display, display or sell any such Proprietary Information, except for Member Profiles or information in the public domain for which permission has been obtained from the User. Any such act or attempt by you will constitute a breach of this Agreement and your membership will be immediately terminated by 'Shubhabivah'. 26. 'Shubhvivah' reserves the right to check the authenticity of the content posted on the site. In exercising this right, 'Shubhvivah' may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the content you post on the Site. If you fail to submit such evidence to the satisfaction of 'Shubhvivah', 'Shubhvivah' may, at its discretion, cancel your membership without refund.

 27. Kolhapur is and shall remain the jurisdiction for all legal matters. (Subject to Kolhapur Jurisdiction only)
All the above terms and conditions have been fully read by us and have been read and explained to us and only after that we have given our signature / thumb to accept all the terms and conditions. This is acceptable to us.
